These terms govern use of panamericanautomotive.com and submission of inquiries to Pan-American Automotive. Use the website lawfully and provide accurate information. Do not submit malicious code, spam, impersonate another person, interfere with security or attempt unauthorized access. You must be at least 18 to request services or act with appropriate authorization for a business or another client.

Inquiries are not bookings

Submitting a form or receiving an acknowledgment does not confirm a reservation, price, vehicle or service availability and does not obligate you to purchase. Arrangements require separate written confirmation specifying the service, responsible provider, schedule, price and applicable conditions. We may decline requests that cannot be accommodated.

Transportation coordination

Services depend on availability and applicable operating requirements. Vehicles may be arranged through independent qualified providers. Chauffeur-driven transportation is bookable only when the responsible operator has the required operating authority and insurance. Provider identity and relevant service conditions will be communicated before confirmation. Vehicle photographs are illustrative and do not establish company ownership or guaranteed inventory.

Pricing, changes and cancellations

This website does not collect payment or automatically charge customers. Pricing, deposits, waiting time, additional stops, cancellation deadlines, refunds and payment methods will be disclosed separately before you accept a confirmed arrangement. Changes to an itinerary may affect price or availability and require written acceptance. These website terms do not create undisclosed cancellation fees.

Client responsibilities

Provide current contact details, accurate locations and schedules, and passenger or luggage requirements. Tell us about assistance or accessibility needs relevant to the arrangement without sending unnecessary sensitive details. Confirmed services may have provider-specific passenger, safety and conduct requirements disclosed in advance.

Messages and privacy

Submitting a request authorizes communications reasonably related to that request, including an email acknowledgment and follow-up. It does not enroll you in a marketing subscription.
